- Maximum 2 guests allowed
- No additional visitors allowed
- Guests must send IDs and Vaccine cards of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance
- Turn off Aircon, lights, TV when not in the unit
- Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (P300 late check in fee after 7pm)
- Check out 12 noon latest, additional 1 night stay will be charged for late check outs
- If you break anything you should report it
- Noise level should be kept to a minimum
- We will only communicate with the person who booked, if you book on behalf of someone else, you will need to help coordinate with us
