- Maximum 6 guests only
- No additional visitors allowed
- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance
- Turn off Aircon, lights, TV when not in the unit
- Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (if you can’t make it during these times, you can schedule a late check in, the fee would be P300 payable in cash on arrival)
- Check out is 11am latest, an additional 1 night stay will be charged for late check outs
- If you break anything you should report it
- Noise level should be kept to a minimum

Knightsbridge Residences will provide you with two (2) access cards for the elevators with your picture on it.

If you need additional cards, there will be an additional fee of Php 350, just let us know and we can request it from the building before your arrival.

NOTE: Cards are NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be returned to the building upon check out, otherwise you will be charged the lost Php 3,000 card.

-The nearest paid parking is located at Century City Mall nearby. They charge Php 50 for the first 3 hours, Php 20 per succeeding hour, and an additional overnight fee of Php 500 after 3AM.

Century City is a mixed-use development in Makati, developed by Century Properties.

Several of the Philippines' upscale and tallest buildings, namely The Gramercy Residences, The Milano Residences, The Knightsbridge Residences, and Trump Tower Manila are located here, as well as the Century City Mall.

Century City neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of the city via a network of roads and public transportation. There are a number of restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as a number of parks and green spaces. The neighborhood is also home to a number of cultural attractions, including the Ayala Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Manila.

Here are some of the things you can do in Century City:
